What to do if a host is unresponsive?

Most BOOKD Hosts are quick to respond, but sometimes things can get delayed.
You can always check a Host has Instant Reply on their Listing page — it shows how quickly they usually reply to messages and booking requests.
Once you send a booking request, the Host has up to 2 hours to accept or decline.
Usually, Hosts respond immediately, but if you’re facing delays or haven’t heard back, don’t worry — we’re here to help!

If your booking is already confirmed and you’re not getting a reply, reach out to us — we’ll step in and make sure communication is back on track.
