Cancelling a Pending Booking Request on BOOKD

We understand that plans can change — or you might find a space that’s a better fit for your project.

If you’d like to cancel a pending booking request (one that hasn’t been accepted by the Host yet), it’s easy to do so.

Here’s how to cancel a pending booking request:

1. Find your Order ID and Booking Receipt from your confirmation email.

2. Send an email to [email protected] using the same email address you used when making the booking.

3. In your email, mention:

   • Your Order ID

   • A short note requesting cancellation

That’s it — our support team will handle the cancellation for you.

Important:

• Your booking is only confirmed after the Host accepts your booking.

• If the booking is still pending (unaccepted), charges are not final, and cancelling the request is free. A full refund is automatically initiated if the request is not accepted by the host, and will reflect in the source account pending bank confirmation.
