At BOOKD, Host-initiated cancellations are rare — but we understand that unexpected situations can sometimes occur.
If your Host cancels a confirmed booking:
You will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
Our team will do our best to help you find a suitable replacement space quickly.
If a Host cancels your booking, simply email us at [email protected] with your Order ID, and we’ll prioritize assisting you.
