What cancellation policies do Hosts offer?

When booking a space, the Host’s chosen cancellation policy will apply. Hosts can choose from: 


  • Super Flexible: 100% refund up to 24 hours before booking start time
  • Very Flexible: 50% refund up to 24 hours before booking start time
  • Flexible: 100% refund up to 7 calendar days before the booking start time
  • Moderate: 50% refund up to 7 calendar days before booking start time
  • Strict: Non-Refundable

  • Custom Policy: Some Hosts set their own specific terms, clearly listed on their space page
