How do I cancel a booking?

You must cancel your booking by sending your order ID and a copy of your payment receipt from the email address used while booking to [email protected]
Sending a message or email to the Host does not officially cancel your booking. You’ll get an official cancellation confirmation from BOOKD's team once it’s processed.
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after all the requirements for cancellations and the refund policy are fulfilled.
