When will I be charged for my booking?

When submitting a booking request, you’ll have to pay in full while using many of our convenient payment options, such as EMI, lazymoney, credit card, UPI, netbanking, etc.
To reserve a booking for a space, you will have to pay in full booking amount (inclusive of the processing fee) to ensure there are enough funds available in the account. The reservation request will be in “pending” mode until the booking request is accepted by the host.
As soon as the host accepts your booking, the reservation is confirmed, and the BOOKD Cancellation and Refund policy takes effect. We highly recommend that you only submit a booking request when you are certain that a cancellation is very unlikely.
Use the “Chat with us" button under the support to check availability and ask any questions you have before booking. As a best practice, we recommend downloading the PDF attached to the listing page and going through the listing details page thoroughly.
